Since opening in 1996, Iguana Joe's Caribbean Bar & Grill has continuously been one of Aruba's most popular restaurants.

Under the expert guidance of chef Dino Jagtiani, the first Antillean graduate of the renowned Culinary Institute of America, the cuisine features salads, pastas, fresh mahi-mahi, sizzling fajitas, and chef Dino's irresistible homemade desserts.

Iguana Joe's Bar is internationally acclaimed for its vast array of original
specialty drinks such as the "Pink Iguana",  "Grandma Joe's Pink Lemonade" and the "Lethal Lizard". The latter packs four shots of liquor and is served in a half liter carafe.
